We have an inspection in five days, and the app is too extensive to prepare the ship at this time.
This is too much workload for one person to check. One person cannot complete this!

What are some of the things that we need to be careful about while using this approach?
The app is too detailed, it will increase the burden on the ship staff.
The photos I have taken are not of a good resolution
