User Roles in Guide2Compliance™

Guide2Compliance™ supports three categories of users:

3.1 Master Company (Administrator)

Organizations with administrative control over inspections.

They can:

  • Create inspections
  • Assign inspection companies or inspectors
  • Monitor inspection progress
  • Approve or reject submitted inspection reports
  • Access inspection data via the Admin Portal

3.2 Inspection Company

Inspection companies authorized by a Master Company.

They can:

  • Create inspections
  • Assign inspectors
  • Conduct inspections
  • Submit inspection reports

Inspection companies cannot approve or reject inspection reports.

3.3 Inspector

Inspectors assigned by the Master Company or Inspection Company.

They can:

  • Access inspections assigned to them
  • Conduct inspections
  • Record findings, images, and notes
  • Submit reports

After submission, reports are synchronized to the Admin Portal for review.
